Description
This Thermomix® hazelnut chocolate spread is quick to prepare with just a few ingredients such as hazelnuts, chocolate and sugar. The preparation time is 120 minutes, the active working time only 10 minutes, yields one serving. Ideal as a sweet bread spread for breakfast or as a dessert. A simple gift idea from the kitchen.
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

80 g Sugar

60 g Ground hazelnuts

100 g Chocolate
-
70 g Butter
-
100 g Milk
Preparation (5 steps)
Mix milk and sugar
Add 80 g sugar and 100 g milk to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 Min./90°C/speed 2.
Add butter
Add 70 g butter and stir for 1 Min./50°C/speed 2.
Melt chocolate
Add 100 g chocolate (white, bittersweet or whole milk) and stir for 2 Min./50°C/speed 2.
Mix in hazelnuts
Add 60 g ground hazelnuts and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3 reverse.
Fill and cool
Pour everything into a glass and let it cool. The consistency will only be like nut-nougat cream when it has cooled down.
