This Black Forest Cherry Quark Cream is a simple and quick dessert that is reminiscent of the classic cake.   • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 250 g Cream
  • 250 g Cherries
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cherry brandy
  • 50 g Bittersweet chocolate
  • 100 g Ladyfingers

Prepare cherries

Place 250 g of cherries in a sieve and drain well.

Chop chocolate

Place 50 g of bittersweet chocolate in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 7. Transfer and set aside.

Put 100 g ladyfingers into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Transfer and set aside.

Prepare quark cream

Put 500 g low fat quark, 250 g cream, 50 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 2 tbsp cherry brandy in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Layer Black Forest Cherry Quark Cream

Fill half of the chopped ladyfingers into dessert glasses. Drizzle with some cherry brandy. Spread half of the quark cream on top. Add half of the cherries on top. Sprinkle half of the chocolate sprinkles over it. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Refrigerate the Black Forest Cherry Quark Cream for at least 10 minutes before serving.
