200 g Pasta, dried, any type

120 g Cream cheese
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop the onion
Place the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5.
Sauté the onion
Add the chopped onion with a little oil to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
Chop the garlic
Place the clove(s) of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 7.
Add tomatoes and cook
Add fresh tomatoes (2 large), water (450 ml), puréed tomatoes (400 g), salt/iodized salt (1 pinch(es)), pepper (1 pinch(es)) and oregano (2 tsp, dried) to the mixing bowl. Cook for 20 min/100°C/speed 1.
Purée the sauce
Purée the sauce for 30 sec/speed 8.
Cook the pasta
Cook the pasta (200 g, ribbon pasta) in a separate pot according to package directions. Add the finished sauce to the pasta and serve.
