Description
This creamy yogurt cake is a simple and quick recipe with only three ingredients. It is ideal for a light dessert or for breakfast. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes only a few minutes, and the cake is ready baked in about 40 minutes. Perfect for those who like it uncomplicated.

40 g Cornstarch
Preparation (3 steps)
Mix Eggs and Yogurt
Add 500 g yogurt and 3 eggs to the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec/level 3.
Add Starch and Mix
Add 40 g cornstarch to the mixing bowl and stir for 15 sec/level 3.
Baking
Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (approx. 20 cm diameter) and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.
