Description

  • 2 EL Milk

  • 50 g Smoked Salmon Cubes

Add the 3 eggs, 2 tbsp milk, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl.

Mix the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper for 15 sec./speed 3.

Let the whisked eggs set in the mixing bowl for 6 min./90°C/gentle stir setting/reverse. Leave the measuring cup on.

Add cream cheese and salmon

1 min/194°F/Gentle stir speed/Linkslauf 194°F Reverse

Add the 1 tbsp cream cheese and the 50g smoked salmon cubes to the scrambled eggs in the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./90°C/gentle stir setting/reverse. Leave the measuring cup on.
