Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare eggs
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork or whisk. Add 4 tbsp of milk or cream and mix well. Season with 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper.
Melt butter
Add 2 tsp of butter to the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./50°C/speed 1.
Let egg mixture set
Pour the whisked egg mixture into the mixing bowl and cook for 4 min./80°C/gentle stir setting/reverse. Use the spatula to help if necessary and push the mixture away from the edge.
Finalize scrambled eggs
The scrambled eggs are ready when they have the desired consistency. If it is still too liquid, cook for another 1 min./80°C/gentle stir setting/reverse. In the end, the scrambled eggs should still be slightly shiny.
Serve
Remove the scrambled eggs from the mixing bowl, sprinkle with 1 tbsp chives or spring onions and serve immediately.
