Ingredients (7 ingredients)

250 ml Milk

1 tbsp Sugar

150 g Flour

1 pinch Salt

2 piece Peaches
-
1 tbsp Oil
Preparation (6 steps)
Mix eggs, milk and sugar
Put eggs, milk and sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Add flour and salt
Add flour and salt and mix for another 20 sec./speed 3.
Let batter rest
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare peaches
Wash, halve, pit and slice the peaches.
Bake pancakes
Heat some oil in a pan. Pour in a ladle of batter and spread some peach slices on top. Bake golden brown on both sides.
Serve
Serve the finished pancakes warm.
