Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 TL Parsley
  • 1 TL Chives
  • 1 TL Lovage
  • 1 Stück Garlic
  • 1 TL Rosemary
  • 1 Stück Crepe batter
  • 1 Becher Creme Fraiche or Miree French herbs or Cream cheese
  • 1 Päckchen Arugula
  • 1 Päckchen Salmon

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop the herbs

Put parsley, chives, lovage, a hint of garlic and rosemary in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Alternatively, chop everything finely with a knife.

Prepare crepe batter and stir in herbs

Prepare crepe batter of your choice. Add the chopped herbs from the mixing bowl to the crepe batter and mix well.

Bake crepes

Bake the crepe batter thinly in portions in a pan. If you have one, use a crepe maker.

Cool crepes

Cover the baked crepes and place them in the refrigerator overnight.

Top the crepes

The next morning, spread the crepes with your sauce of choice (Creme Fraiche / herb cream cheese). You can also stir horseradish and dill into the Creme Fraiche. Spread thinly with sliced arugula and finally add the salmon.

Roll up and portion the crepes

Roll up the crepe, but so that nothing falls out. Wrap the crepe in plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Cut diagonally into portions and serve.
