Description
These rustic crostini with cheese and walnuts are a delicious and quick idea for an impromptu aperitif or a tasty appetizer. The combination of granular cheese, crunchy pecan walnuts and fresh rosemary creates an explosion of flavors that will win everyone over. I often prepare them when I have unexpected guests and I want to offer something simple but refined. The preparation is really quick and the result is always a success. Perfect to accompany with a good glass of white wine!
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

5 piece Bread crostini

150 g Granular cheese

50 g Pecan walnuts

1 bunch Fresh rosemary
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop the pecan walnuts
Put 50g of pecan walnuts in the bowl and chop for 5 Sec./Stufe 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Chop the rosemary
Put 1 sprig of fresh rosemary in the bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Assemble the crostini
Generously spread 150g of granular cheese on the 5 pieces of bread crostini. Sprinkle with the chopped pecan walnuts and chopped rosemary.
