Description

These lentil patties are an absolute highlight! I love making them because they are so quick and easy to prepare. The red lentils are pre-cooked in the Thermomix® and then processed with vegetables and spices into a delicious mixture. The creamy avocado dip, refined with lime juice and garlic, tastes particularly good with it. The patties are not only vegetarian and vegan, but also rich in protein. Perfect as a main course or as a snack in between. A great recipe that is always well received by friends and family!
