Description

These shortcrust pastry squares with cream are a delicious treat that goes particularly well with a cup of tea or coffee. I like to make them during the Christmas season, but of course they taste good all year round! The dough is wonderfully crumbly and literally melts in your mouth. The preparation is very simple and is super quick with the Thermomix®. Ideal for those who like it uncomplicated and still want to bring something special to the table. An absolute favorite recipe that is always well received by friends and family!

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

225 g Flour
75 g Sugar
150 g Cream
Fat for the mold

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix flour, sugar and cream

Thermomix® Setting

20 sec/Speed 4

Put 225 g flour, 75 g sugar and 150 g cream in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Knead dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and knead with your hands into a smooth dough. This can take about 5 minutes.

Shape and prepare the dough

Place the dough in a greased square mold (approx. 20 cm) and flatten. Prick several times with a fork and score 36 squares (approx. 3 cm) with a knife.
