Description

This lemon curd is a refreshing dessert or a light breakfast, prepared with curd, lemon, apple and a little sugar. The Thermomix® recipe is vegetarian, easy and quick to prepare in just 15 minutes. It yields 2 servings and is ideal for light cuisine or as a dessert in summer. Preparation is particularly successful with the WunderSlicer V2 or the Patix from Meistermix.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

250 g Curd
2 EL Milk
1 EL Sugar
0.5 Stück Lemon (juice)
0.5 Stück Lemon (peel)
1 Stück Apple

Preparation (7 steps)

Grate lemon peel

Grate the peel of half a lemon and set aside.

Squeeze lemon

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and set aside.

Prepare curd

Put 250 g curd, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp sugar, the lemon juice and the grated lemon peel into the mixing bowl.

Mix curd

Thermomix® Setting

20 sec/Speed 3

Mix all ingredients for 20 sec./speed 3.

Prepare apple

Wash and core the apple.

Cut apple

Halve the apple. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and insert the fine slice. Pass the apple halves through the WunderSlicer V2 and collect the apple slices.
