250 g Margarine
-
250 g Sugar
-
5 Stück Eggs
-
5 EL Semolina
-
55 g Vanilla sugar
-
nach Geschmack Grated lemon peel

1 Päckchen Baking powder
Preparation (5 steps)

Beat sugar, egg yolk and margarine until fluffy

Stir in baking powder and semolina mixture

Add the curd spoon by spoon and smooth out

Stir in stiffly beaten egg white
Baking
Bake at medium heat for about an hour
