Description

  • 500 ml Strained tomatoes
  • 2 EL Apricot jam
  • 2 TL Curry powder
  • 4 EL Curry Ketchup
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 1 TL Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Spritzer Tabasco
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 4 Stück Currywurst

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop onions

Peel the onions, halve them and put them in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Add oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add strained tomatoes, apricot jam, curry powder, Curry Ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and cook for 15 min./100°C/speed 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Puree sauce

15 sec/Speed 8-10

Puree the sauce for 15 sec./speed 8-10. Increase the speed slowly. Hold the lid firmly.

Prepare Currywurst

Fry the Currywurst in a separate pan. Then cut the sausage into slices and serve with the curry sauce.
