Description

Delicious homemade burger buns.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 170 g Milk
  • 1 g Dry yeast
  • 1 EL Sugar
  • 25 g Olive oil
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Stück Egg yolk
  • 320 g Wheat flour Type 550

Preparation (6 steps)

Activate dry yeast

Install dough knife Heat milk for 10 min, 37 degrees, level 3 Add sugar and yeast after 2 min. Add egg yolk, salt and oil shortly before the end

Let the dough knead

Add flour 10 min dough mode

Let dough rest

Let the dough rest for 1 hour, airtight, then knead again Dough mode 1 min.

Let dough rest again

1 hour then dough mode again 1 min. Airtight seal dough in a bowl with lid Let rest in the refrigerator for 12-15 hours

Prepare Airfreyer

Dough in 4 parts of 137g each Let it rise in the Airfreyer level Ferment 45-60 min Remove buns

Bake in Airfreyer

Preheat Airfreyer in baking mode for 4 min. at 165 degrees and Brush buns with milk, (cut) then bake for 18 min
