Description

With the Thermomix®, fine butter cookies are made in no time at all. This recipe for approx. 100 cookies uses flour, butter, powdered sugar and egg yolk as main ingredients. The preparation time is a total of 130 minutes, of which 60 minutes are active working time. Ideal for Christmas occasions, festive tables or simply for baking with the family. Perfect as finger food or sweet dessert.

750 g Flour
500 g Butter
250 g Powdered sugar
3 Egg yolk
1 Pck. Baking powder
1 Prise(n) Salt
2 Egg yolk
100 g Chocolate sprinkles or colorful sprinkles

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

2 min/Kneading speed

Put 750 g flour, 500 g butter in pieces, 250 g powdered sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1 pack baking powder and 1 pinch of salt into the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading stage to a smooth dough. If necessary, use the spatula to help.

Cool dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, form into a ball, wrap in cling film and chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.

Roll out and cut out dough

Roll out the chilled dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface and cut out biscuits with various cookie cutters. Place the cut-out biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
