Description

This spelt semolina pudding is a simple and filling breakfast or dessert that is ready in just 15 minutes. With spelt semolina, milk, honey and a pinch of salt, it is slightly sweet and warming.   • 500 ml Milk
  • 50 g Spelt semolina
  • 1 TL Honey
  • 1 Prise Salt

Preparation (4 steps)

Add milk and semolina to the mixing bowl

Put 500 ml Milk and 50 g Spelt semolina into the mixing bowl.

Cook semolina pudding

10 min/194°F/Speed 2 194°F

Close the mixing bowl and cook the semolina pudding for 10 Min./90°C/level 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Sweeten and refine

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 2

After the cooking time, add 1 teaspoon of Honey and 1 pinch of Salt and stir for 20 sec./level 2.

Pour the spelt semolina pudding into bowls and serve with fresh fruit as desired.
