Description
Delicious double cookies, perfect for Christmas!
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

240 g Flour
-
60 g Cornstarch
-
100 g Powdered sugar
-
1 Egg yolk
-
200 g Margarine
-
4 EL Baking cocoa
Preparation (6 steps)
Mix dry ingredients
Put 240 g flour, 60 g cornstarch and 100 g powdered sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 4.
Prepare dough
Add the egg yolk and 200 g margarine in small flakes to the flour mixture in the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min/kneading stage to a smooth dough.
Divide dough and add cocoa
Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and cut in half. Put one half back into the mixing bowl, add 4 tbsp baking cocoa and mix for 30 sec/speed 3. Remove the dark dough and add to the light dough.
Shape and cool dough
Mix both halves of dough as desired and form dough rolls (Ø approx. 3-4 cm) from them. Refrigerate the rolls, covered with cling film, for approx. 2 hours.
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180 °C (convection: 160 °C).
Bake cookies
Cut dough rolls into slices and place on baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake black and white pastries in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
