Description

This apricot clafoutis is a simple and delicious summer dessert, perfect for a Sunday brunch or a tasty afternoon snack. I love this recipe because it is quick to prepare and highlights the sweet and slightly tangy flavor of fresh apricots. The light and creamy batter pairs wonderfully with the juicy fruit. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 0.333 l milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • brown sugar
  • 3 piece eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 130 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 9 piece apricots

Preparation (7 steps)

Mix the dry ingredients

Put 130g of flour and 150g of sugar in the Thermomix bowl and mix for 10 Sek./Stufe 4.

Incorporate the eggs

Add 3 eggs to the bowl and mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 4.

Add the milk and melted butter

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Gradually pour 1/3 l of milk and 50g of melted butter into the bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 3.

Add the vanilla sugar

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add 1 sachet of vanilla sugar to the bowl and mix for 10 Sek./Stufe 3.

Prepare the mold and apricots

Butter and flour a pie pan. Cut 8 to 10 apricots in half and arrange them in the mold.

Pour the preparation

Gently pour the Thermomix preparation over the halved apricots arranged in the mold.

Baking in the oven

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
