Description
This simple cake from the Thermomix® is made with just a few ingredients: eggs, whipped cream, sugar, flour and baking powder. This recipe from the Cakes category is ideal for baking beginners. Preparation (6 steps)
Separate eggs and prepare egg whites
Separate eggs. Add egg whites with the butterfly whisk to the mixing bowl and whisk until stiff. Remove butterfly and transfer egg whites.
Mix sugar and egg yolks
Add egg yolks and sugar to the mixing bowl and mix.
Add whipped cream and flour
Add whipped cream and flour to the mixing bowl and mix.
Add baking powder
Add baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix briefly.
Fold in egg whites
Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter.
Baking
Pour the batter into a suitable baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approx. 50 minutes.
