Description

This Emperor's Mess in Tyrolean style is a sweet dessert with egg, sugar, milk and flour, refined with rum raisins. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 30 minutes and yields 4 servings.   • 4 Stück Egg
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 125 g Flour
  • 40 g Butter
  • 40 ml Rum
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 1 nach Bedarf Powdered sugar

Prepare ingredients

Soak raisins in 40 ml rum.

Separate eggs

Separate eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Prepare dough

Mix egg yolks, 20 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt, milk and flour in the mixing bowl for 10 seconds / level 4.

Fold in beaten egg whites

Fold the beaten egg whites into the dough. Remove the stirring attachment.

Melt 20 g butter in the mixing bowl for 3 minutes / 120°C / level 1. Add dough and soaked raisins and bake for 8 minutes / 120°C / reverse / level 1.

Chop the Emperor's mess with the spatula and bake for another 3-5 minutes / 120°C / reverse / level 1 until golden brown.
