Description

This English fish pie is a comforting dish, perfect for cold days. I've been making it for years and it's always a success at home. The combination of white fish, crab sticks and vegetables, covered with a creamy mashed potato and au gratin with cheese, is simply delicious. Dijon mustard gives a special touch to the puree. It is an ideal dish for a family dinner or even for a special occasion. It can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving. Go ahead and try it, you'll love it!
