Description

This sirloin in apple sauce is a dish that I often prepare in autumn. The combination of pork with reineta apple and sweet and sour sauce is simply delicious. The meat is very tender and juicy, and the sauce has an incredible flavor. It is perfect for a family meal or a special dinner. Also, it is prepared in less than half an hour, ideal for when you do not have much time! You can accompany it with white rice or some steamed potatoes. A complete dish full of flavor!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 0.5 kilogramo Sirloin in fillets
  • 0.5 cubilete Sugar
  • 3 cucharaditas Vinegar
  • 0.5 cubilete Cornstarch
  • 0.5 cubilete Soy sauce
  • 2 cucharadas de postre Dry sherry
  • 0.5 cubilete Fried tomato
  • 1.5 cubiletes Water
  • 0.25 cubilete Orange juice
  • 1 piece Reineta apple

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare the Varoma

Place the sirloin fillets in the Varoma container together with the peeled and chopped apple. Reserve.

Prepare the sauce

Introduce in the glass of the machine ½ measuring cup of sugar, 3 teaspoons of vinegar, ½ measuring cup of cornstarch, ½ measuring cup of soy sauce, 2 dessert spoons of dry sherry, ½ measuring cup of fried tomato, 1½ measuring cups of water and ¼ measuring cup of orange juice.

Serve

After the time, place the sirloin fillets on a tray and serve the hot sauce that remains in the machine in a sauce boat, or directly on the meat.
