Description

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 6 piece eggs
  • 12 tbsp baking or granulated sugar
  • 850 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • liquid caramel

Preparation (6 steps)

Mix eggs and sugar

Place 6 eggs and 12 tablespoons of sugar in the Thermomix glass. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 4.

Add the milk

Add 850 ml of semi-skimmed milk to the Thermomix glass. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 3.

Prepare the molds

Pour liquid caramel into 12 stainless steel molds of 8 cm in diameter or into a mold with a capacity of 1 liter. Reserve.

Pour the mixture into the molds

Pour the Thermomix mixture into the molds with liquid caramel, distributing evenly.

Bake in a water bath

Place the molds in a deep tray with 1-1.5 liters of water. Bake in a water bath in the preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, depending on the type of oven.

Cool and refrigerate

Let the custards cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
