Description

Delicious chocolate flower cookies for Christmas.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

500 g Flour
50 g Cocoa
200 g Sugar
250 g Butter
2 piece Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
to taste Salt
1 pack Mon Cheri

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare dough

Put 500 g flour, 50 g cocoa, 200 g sugar, 250 g butter, 2 eggs, 2x vanilla sugar, 2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt into the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.

Chill dough

Wrap the dough in foil and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Bake cookies

Roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C top/bottom heat for 6-8 minutes.

Melt Mon Cheri

Melt 1 pack of Mon Cheri in a water bath.

Purée Mon Cheri

Purée the melted Mon Cheri with a hand blender.

Decorate cookies

Decorate the cooled cookies to taste. Cut out top and bottom parts, top part with hole. After cooling, put about 1/2 teaspoon of the puréed Mon Cheri on the bottom parts and put the top parts on top.
