Description

“Fluffy Marble Cake” relies on sugar, eggs, oil, milk, flour for a harmonious aroma. The dish is ready to serve in about 60 minutes. 250 g Sugar
4 Stück Eggs
125 ml Oil
125 ml Milk
300 g Flour
1 Päckchen Baking powder
1 EL Cocoa
1 EL Milk

Preparation (5 steps)

Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy

Add 250 g sugar and 4 eggs to the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./speed 4.

Add oil and milk

Add 125 ml oil and 125 ml milk and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Mix flour and baking powder and stir in

Mix 300 g flour and 1 packet of baking powder, add to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Divide the dough and add cocoa

Pour half of the dough into another bowl. Add 1 tbsp cocoa and 1 tbsp milk to the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec./speed 3.

Bake marble cake

Pour light and dark dough alternately into a greased cake tin and marble with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.
