Description

This chestnut fondant is an autumnal delight that warms the heart. I often prepare it for the end of year festivities, because it is simple to make and always appreciated. The chestnut cream brings an incomparable sweetness, while the melted butter gives it a melting texture in the mouth. A little flour and a pinch of salt balance the flavors. This cake is perfect to accompany a coffee or tea, and it keeps well for several days. Don't hesitate to add a touch of vanilla for even more deliciousness!
