Description

This pumpkin peanut butter smoothie is a delightful blend of autumn flavors and creamy textures. I've been making this smoothie for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack, especially when the weather turns cooler. The combination of pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and spices creates a comforting and satisfying drink. It's perfect for those busy mornings when you need a boost of energy. Feel free to adjust the sweetness and spice levels to your liking. A great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 piece banana, broken into chunks
  • 3 piece frozen strawberries
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 8 cube ice cubes
  • 0.25 cup whipped cream
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Preparation (3 steps)

Blend the ingredients

Add 1 banana (broken into chunks), 3 frozen strawberries, ¾ cup milk, ½ cup plain yogurt, ¼ cup pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1 pinch ground nutmeg to the Thermomix bowl. Blend until smooth, approximately 30 seconds at Stufe 8.

Add ice and blend again

20 sec/keine/Speed 6

Add 8 ice cubes to the Thermomix bowl. Blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency, about 20 seconds at Stufe 6.

Serve and garnish

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses. If desired, top each glass with ¼ cup whipped cream and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
