Description

This berry smoothie bowl is a refreshing and satisfying start to the day or a light dessert. I love how quick and easy it is to prepare! The combination of banana and mixed berries provides a natural sweetness and a great consistency. Perfect for warm days when you want something cool and healthy. You can garnish the bowl to your taste with various toppings such as chia seeds, coconut flakes or fresh fruit. An absolute must for all smoothie lovers!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Banana, large
  • 300 g Berries, mixed - frozen, thawed or fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 100 ml Oat milk, alternatively water
  • 1 tsp Honey, liquid
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 piece Banana, large
  • 2 tbsp Blueberries or raspberries
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes, alternatively chopped nuts

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare ingredients

Peel the banana and roughly chop. Sort the berries and wash if necessary. If using frozen berries, let them thaw briefly.

Prepare smoothie

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 10

Put the chopped banana, berries, oat milk, chia seeds and honey into the mixing bowl. Then puree into a creamy smoothie for 30 sec./speed 10.

Prepare toppings

Cut the remaining banana into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices. Wash and dry the remaining berries.

Arrange smoothie bowl

Divide the smoothie between two deep plates or bowls. Garnish with the banana slices, berries, chia seeds and coconut flakes.
