Description
This lemon lemonade is an absolute thirst quencher and super quick to prepare! I especially like to make it in the summer when the lemons are nice and juicy. The acidity of the lemon harmonizes perfectly with the sweetness of the sugar and the sparkling mineral water. An ideal drink for hot days, garden parties or just in between. If you like it even more refreshing, you can add a few ice cubes. The preparation is very easy and only takes a few minutes - perfect if you need to be quick! The sugar content can of course be adjusted as desired.
Ingredients (3 ingredients)

1.5 Liter Mineral water with carbon dioxide cold

120 g Sugar
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare lemons
Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut off the ends. Then quarter the lemons with the peel.
Mix ingredients
Put the quartered lemons together with 120 g of sugar and 1.5 liters of cold mineral water with carbon dioxide in the mixing bowl.
Prepare lemonade
Close the mixing bowl and briefly mix the ingredients 4 times on the turbo setting.
Strain lemonade
Use the simmering basket as a sieve and pour the lemonade into a carafe or jug to hold back the solid components.
Serve
Optionally serve the finished lemonade with ice cubes and enjoy.
