Description
This berry porridge is a quick and healthy breakfast that is ideal for starting the day. Prepared with fresh or frozen berries, it is rich in vitamins and fiber. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes only a few minutes and yields one serving. Perfect for those who love a warm and nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

50 g Oat flakes

200 ml Milk

100 ml Water

100 g mixed Berries

1 TL Honey
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop oat flakes
Add 50 g oat flakes to the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/level 10.
Cook porridge
Add 200 ml milk and 100 ml water to the chopped oat flakes in the mixing bowl. Cook for 8 min/100°C/level 2.
Add berries
Add 100 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen) and 1 tsp honey to the porridge in the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min/90°C/reverse rotation level 1.
Serve
Pour the berry porridge into a bowl and serve immediately.
