200 g Oat flakes

0.25 l Milk

3 Stück Eggs

150 g Onion
-
40 g Butter
-
40 g Whole wheat flour

nach Geschmack Oregano
-
nach Geschmack Baking powder

30 g Oil for frying

Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare the oat flakes
Pour hot milk over the oat flakes and let them soak for 3 hours.
Chop the onion
Peel and halve the onion. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and insert the desired blade (fine or coarse). Place the onion in the WunderSlicer and chop. Collect the chopped pieces.
Sauté the onion
Add the onion to the mixing bowl and sauté with oil.
Add parsley
Add parsley and mix briefly.
Prepare the dough
Add the soaked oat flakes, eggs, flour, baking powder, oregano, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl.
Form and fry the patties
Form patties from the mixture and fry in hot fat in a pan.
