Description
These oatmeal cookies are a simple and quick recipe for the Thermomix®. With ingredients such as oatmeal, hazelnuts and flour, they are a delicious snack or a sweet dessert. The preparation only takes 25 minutes and yields 6 servings. Ideal for a quick treat in between.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

125 Gramm Butter

100 Gramm Sugar

1 packet Vanilla sugar

1 pinch Salt

1 piece Egg

100 Gramm Ground hazelnuts

150 Gramm Oatmeal (coarse)

50 Gramm Flour

1 tsp Baking powder (level)
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix ingredients
Put 125g butter, 100g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 1 egg into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 4.
Add nuts, oatmeal, flour and baking powder
Add 100g ground hazelnuts, 150g coarse oatmeal, 50g flour and 1 level tsp baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 3. If necessary, use the spatula to push down from the edge and repeat the process.
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 175°C convection or 200-225°C top/bottom heat.
Shape and bake cookies
Distribute small heaps of the dough with a spoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
