Description

Easy Easter cookies to bake and decorate.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 300 g Wheat flour, Type 700
  • 200 g SPAR Natur pur organic butter
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • Nougat mass
  • Apricot jam
  • Powdered sugar
  • 1 piece Easter egg cookie cutter

Prepare shortcrust pastry

Add flour, butter in pieces, sugar and egg to the mixing bowl. Insert Patix dough knife.

Let the dough rest

Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Cut out cookies

After the resting time, roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3 mm thick and cut out just as many bases and lids with an Easter egg cutter.

Bake cookies

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C convection heat for about 10 minutes.

Melt nougat

Place nougat mass in pieces in the mixing bowl.

Decorate cookies

After cooling, spread the bases with melted nougat or apricot jam as desired and place the lids on top. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with nougat.
