Description
Classic shortcrust pastry cookies for Christmas.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

250 g Wheat flour

1 piece Egg
-
80 g Sugar
-
2 tsp Vanilla sugar

150 g Butter (soft)

1 pinch Salt
Preparation (4 steps)
Add ingredients to the mixing bowl
Add 250 g wheat flour, 1 egg, 80 g sugar, 2 tsp vanilla sugar, 150 g soft butter and 1 pinch of salt to the mixing bowl.
Knead dough
Knead all ingredients for 2 min./kneading level to a smooth dough.
Process dough
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out cookies.
Bake cookies
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.
