Description
This juicy chocolate cake from the Thermomix® is easy and quick to make. The main ingredients are eggs, sugar, oil, flour and cocoa. In about 60 minutes, a cake for 12 servings is created. Ideal for coffee visits, birthdays or as a sweet dessert for the whole family.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

250 g Fine crystal sugar

100 ml Vegetable oil neutral

125 ml Water

250 g Flour smooth

1 TL Baking powder

1 TL Baking soda (alternatively baking powder)

45 g Baking cocoa

1 Schuss Rum (optional)
Preparation (5 steps)
Beat eggs and sugar
Put 4 eggs and 250 g fine crystal sugar in the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./speed 4.
Add oil and water
Add 100 ml vegetable oil neutral and 125 ml water and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.
Mix dry ingredients
Add 250 g flour smooth, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda (alternatively baking powder) and 45 g baking cocoa and stir for 30 sec./speed 4.
Add rum (optional)
Add 1 shot of rum (optional) and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.
Baking
Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 40-45 minutes.
