  • 250 g Wheat flour, type 405
  • 125 g cold Butter
  • 1 piece Egg (M)
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 750 g Low-fat quark
  • 250 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 piece Eggs (M)
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 120 g Cream
  • 1 Pk. Vanilla pudding powder for cooking
  • 80 g Sunflower oil
  • 250 g Milk
  • 0.5 piece Lemon, juice of

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare ingredients for the base

Put 250 g wheat flour, type 405, 125 g cold butter in pieces, 1 egg (M) and 70 g sugar in the mixing bowl.

Prepare dough for the base

Thermomix® Setting

Process all ingredients for 2 min./kneading stage to a dough.

Roll out dough and place in mold

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, roll it out on a floured work surface and place in a springform pan (approx. 26 cm diameter). Form a rim.

Prepare ingredients for the cream

Put 750 g low-fat quark, 250 g double cream cream cheese, 2 eggs (M), 200 g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 120 g cream, 1 pack vanilla pudding powder for cooking, 80 g sunflower oil, 250 g milk and 1/2 lemon, juice of in the mixing bowl.

Prepare cream

Mix all ingredients for 40 sec./level 4.

Put cream on the base

Pour the cream onto the dough base in the springform pan.

Bake cheesecake

Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes.

Let cheesecake cool down

After baking, let the cheesecake cool in the switched off oven so that it does not collapse.
