Description

This golden apples cake is a simple and comforting delight, perfect to accompany a tea or a coffee. I often prepare it for the afternoon snack, and it always disappears in a blink of an eye! The sweetness of the Golden apples combines wonderfully with the soft texture of the cake. Its preparation is quick and easy thanks to the Thermomix®, which makes it an ideal option for days when one has little time. Do not hesitate to add a pinch of cinnamon for an even more gourmet autumn touch. A true treat for the whole family!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

3 piece eggs
0.5 verre oil
0.5 packet yeast
1 packet vanilla sugar
125 g flour
150 g sugar
6 piece Golden apples

Preparation (4 steps)

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 160°C (Th5-6).

Mix the ingredients

In the bowl of the Thermomix, add 3 eggs, ½ glass of oil, ½ packet of yeast, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 125 g of flour and 150 g of sugar. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 4 until a homogenous batter is obtained.

Add the apples

Peel and cut 6 Golden apples into pieces. Add the pieces of apples in the bowl of the Thermomix and mix delicately for 10 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2 to properly incorporate them into the batter.
