Description

This apple crumble sheet cake, prepared in the Thermomix®, combines juicy apples with crispy crumbles and a creamy curd cheese-sour cream filling. The main ingredients are flour, butter, sugar, apples and curd cheese. The preparation time is 105 minutes and yields a sheet cake. Ideal as a dessert or with coffee, especially suitable for autumn and as a family meal.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 400 g Flour
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter, soft
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 kg Low fat curd cheese
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 200 ml Cream (liquid, not whipped)
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla pudding powder
  • 450 g Apple, already peeled, cored and cut into small pieces

Preparation (9 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 160 °C circulating air (180 °C top/bottom heat).

Mix ingredients for the base and crumbles

Thermomix® Setting

Put flour, sugar, butter and salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/level 4.

Press down crumbs

Pour 2/3 of the crumbles into a springform pan (approx. 25 cm) and press firmly.

Stir ingredients for the cheese mixture

30 sec/Speed 3

Put low-fat curd cheese, sour cream, cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding powder into the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec/level 3.

Fill cheese mixture onto the base

Pour the cheese mixture onto the base and spread evenly.

Distribute apple pieces

Spread the apple pieces evenly on the cheese mixture.

Apply crumbles

Spread the remaining crumbles on the apples.

Bake cake

Bake the cake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Let the cake cool down

Then let the cake cool down completely and store in the refrigerator until consumption.
