Description
This cake with pudding, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a classic family recipe for festive occasions or the coffee table. The main ingredients are sugar, eggs, oil, milk and pudding powder (vanilla). With a preparation time of 70 minutes, this makes about 12 servings. Ideal as a dessert or for breakfast.

Preparation (10 steps)
Prepare ingredients for the dough
Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Grease a springform pan (26 cm diameter) and dust with flour.
Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy
Add 200 g sugar and 4 eggs to the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min/speed 4.
Add oil and milk
Add 100 ml oil and 100 ml milk and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.
Mix flour and baking powder and stir in
Mix 300 g flour and 1 packet baking powder, add to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec/speed 3. Use a spatula to loosen everything from the edge.
Pour the dough into the springform pan
Pour the dough into the prepared springform pan and smooth it out.
Prepare pudding
Add 500 ml milk, 1 packet pudding powder (vanilla) and 50 g sugar to the mixing bowl and cook for 7 min/100°C/speed 3.
Spread pudding on the dough
Spread the hot pudding evenly on the dough.
Prepare crumbles
Add 150 g flour, 100 g sugar, 100 g butter (cold) and 1 pinch of salt to the mixing bowl and process into crumbles for 20 sec/speed 4.
Spread crumbles on the cake
Spread the crumbles evenly on the pudding.
Bake cake
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
