Description
This Thermomix® confetti cake is a colorful eye-catcher for any party. The main ingredients are butter, powdered sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder. In about 50 minutes, a festive cake for several servings is created. The recipe is ideal for baking with children or for special occasions.
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

200 g Butter (softened)

150 g Powdered sugar

Lemon juice
-
180 g Sugar
-
2 PK. Vanilla sugar

4 Stück Eggs (small M)

300 g Flour
-
2 TL Baking powder
-
80 ml Milk
-
100 g Colorful sprinkles
Preparation (6 steps)
Mix butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar
Place softened butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./speed 4.
Add and mix eggs
Add eggs one at a time and mix for 1 min./speed 4.
Mix flour and baking powder
Add flour and baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Add and mix milk
Add milk and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Fold in sprinkles
Add colorful sprinkles and fold in for 10 sec./Reverse/speed 2.
Bake
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
