Description
This simple waffle recipe is quick to prepare and ideal for a cozy breakfast or a delicious dessert. The ingredients are mixed in the Thermomix® and then baked golden brown in the waffle iron. Refined with a pinch of salt, rum and lemon zest, these waffles are a treat for the whole family. The preparation time is about 30 minutes.

Preparation (3 steps)
Mix ingredients
Add 250g flour, 142ml milk, 50g sugar, 100g butter and 3 eggs to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 4.
Refine dough
Add a pinch of salt, some rum and lemon zest to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.
Bake waffles
Bake the dough in portions in a greased waffle iron until golden brown.
