Description
This gluten-free chocolate cake is a juicy treat for all chocolate lovers. With simple ingredients and quick preparation in the Thermomix®, it is ideal for spontaneous visits or as a sweet surprise. The cake is easy to prepare and is perfect for coffee parties or birthdays. It is gluten-free and therefore also suitable for people with gluten intolerance. Enjoy this delicious cake!

125 g Yogurt

150 g Flour (gluten-free)

25 g Cocoa

1 TL Baking powder
Preparation (6 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 175 °C top/bottom heat.
Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy
Put eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 min./speed 4 until fluffy. Insert butterfly.
Add oil and yogurt
Add oil and yogurt and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3.
Mix and add dry ingredients
Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, add to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3. Remove butterfly.
Pour batter into tin and bake
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake tin (20 cm diameter) and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Do a toothpick test.
Let cake cool and serve
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool briefly and remove it from the tin. Dust with powdered sugar as desired.
