250 g Whole wheat flour

1 TL Baking powder
-
200 ml Buttermilk
-
2 Stück Eggs
-
1 Stück Zucchini
-
1 Stück Large carrot
-
60 g Grated cheese
-
Oil
-
Salt
-
Pepper
Preparation (5 steps)
Chop zucchini and carrot
Cut the zucchini and carrot into coarse pieces and place in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 sec/speed 5. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides.
Remove vegetables
Remove the chopped vegetables from the mixing bowl and set aside.
Prepare the batter
Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, buttermilk and eggs to the mixing bowl. Mix for 30 sec/speed 4.
Add vegetables and cheese
Add the chopped vegetables, grated cheese, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Stir in for 20 sec/Reverse speed 3.
Bake waffles
Heat some oil in a waffle iron. Pour the batter into the waffle iron in portions and bake until golden brown.
