  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 g Tomato sauce
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 400 g Meatballs (ready-made or homemade)
  • 500 g Noodles

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Place the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté the onion

Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Chop garlic

Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Add tomato paste and vegetable broth

Add tomato paste and vegetable broth and mix for 5 sec./speed 3.

Add tomato sauce, cream and spices

Add tomato sauce, cream, salt, pepper, paprika powder and oregano and cook for 10 min./100°C/speed 1.

Fry meatballs

Fry the meatballs in a separate pan with some oil.

Cook noodles

Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions.

Add meatballs and noodles to the sauce

Add the fried meatballs and cooked noodles to the sauce in the mixing bowl and stir in for 3 min./Reverse Stir speed 1.
