Description

These Halloween muffins from the Thermomix® are a simple finger food for any party. With sugar, eggs, oil, milk and flour, the small cakes are prepared in 50 minutes. The recipe yields 12 servings and is ideal for children's birthdays or as a sweet snack. The preparation is straightforward and perfect for baking beginners.

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 125 ml Oil
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Chopped hazelnuts
  • 50 g Chocolate chips
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 EL Lemon juice
  • 200 g Marzipan raw material
  • 2 EL Powdered sugar
  • Food coloring
  • Sugar sprinkles

Preparation (11 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Whisk sugar and eggs until fluffy

Put 200 g sugar and 2 eggs into the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 min./level 3 until fluffy.

Add oil and milk

Add 125 ml oil and 125 ml milk and stir for 20 sec./level 2.

Mix dry ingredients

Mix 250 g flour, 1 packet baking powder and 1 packet vanilla sugar in a separate bowl.

Stir in dry ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the batter in the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./level 3. Use the spatula to push down from the edge and stir for another 10 sec./level 3 if necessary.

Add nuts and chocolate chips

Add 50 g chopped hazelnuts and 50 g chocolate chips to the mixing bowl and fold in for 10 sec./reverse/level 2.

Bake muffins

Fill the dough into a muffin tin with paper liners and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

Decorate muffins

After cooling, decorate the muffins as desired with icing and sugar sprinkles.

Prepare icing

Put 150 g powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice into the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./level 3.

Prepare marzipan

Put 200 g marzipan raw material and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar into the mixing bowl and knead for 20 sec./level 4.

Color marzipan

Color the marzipan with food coloring as desired and use for decoration.
