Description

I love processing fresh raspberries into jam in the summer! This jam is so easy and quick to prepare that it is perfect for spontaneous breakfast ideas or as a small gift from the kitchen. The sweetness of the raspberries harmonizes wonderfully with the slightly tart lemon juice. Preparation in the Thermomix® makes the whole thing even easier, as nothing can burn. An absolute must for all jam lovers! It tastes delicious on fresh rolls or with pancakes.

Ingredients (3 ingredients)

1000 g Raspberries
1 tbsp Lemon juice
500 g Jam sugar (2:1)

Preparation (3 steps)

Add raspberries, jam sugar and lemon juice to the mixing bowl

Put 1 kg raspberries, 500 g jam sugar (2:1) and 1 tbsp lemon juice into the mixing bowl.

Cook raspberry jam

Thermomix® Setting

5 min/212°F/Speed 2 100

Close the mixing bowl and cook the raspberry jam for 5 min./100°C/speed 2. Use the spatula to push the mixture from the edge if necessary.

Fill jam

Immediately fill the hot raspberry jam into clean, prepared jars, close the lids tightly and turn the jars upside down for approx. 5 minutes. Then turn them over and let them cool.
