Description

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 4 can chicken broth
  • 1 can vegetable broth
  • 0.5 pound chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1.5 cup egg noodles
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 0.5 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Preparation (3 steps)

Sauté Onion and Celery

Thermomix® Setting

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the mixing bowl. Add ½ cup of chopped onion and ½ cup of chopped celery. Cook for 5 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.

Add Broth and Chicken

Add 4 (14.5 ounce) cans of chicken broth, 1 (14.5 ounce) can of vegetable broth, ½ pound of chopped cooked chicken breast, 1 ½ cups of egg noodles, 1 cup of sliced carrots, ½ teaspoon of dried basil, ½ teaspoon of dried oregano, salt and ground black pepper to taste to the mixing bowl.

Simmer the Broth

Cook for 20 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
