Description

This Italian pizza dough is easy to prepare and makes enough for 6 pizzas. The dough is kneaded in the Thermomix® and then rests in the refrigerator for 2 days. Ideal for a cozy pizza night with friends or family.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 500 ml Water, lukewarm
  • 25 ml Olive oil
  • 40 g Fresh yeast
  • 20 g Salt
  • 1 Prise(n) Sugar
  • 925 g Flour, plain

Preparation (5 steps)

Dissolve yeast

Put 500 ml lukewarm water, 25 ml olive oil, 40 g fresh yeast, 20 g salt and 1 pinch of sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./37°C/speed 2.

Knead dough

Add 925 g flour, plain, and knead for 3 min./kneading stage.

Let the dough rise

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and shape into a ball on a floured work surface. Let rise in a warm place for half an hour.

Let the dough rest

Knead the dough together, cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 days.

Bake pizza

Preheat the oven to the highest possible temperature. Divide the dough into 6 portions and form into pizzas. Top and bake as desired.
