Description

This salad with spicy onion turkey fillet is a protein-rich main course that is quick to prepare with the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are turkey fillet, vegetable onion, mixed salad, peppers and tomatoes, refined with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek for an Asian touch. In 45 minutes, 2 servings of a healthy and spicy salad are created. Ideal for light cuisine or after a workout.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • mixed salad (e.g.: Lollo Rosso, Lollo Bianco, Oak leaf)
  • 1 Stück yellow pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • 200 g Turkey mini fillet
  • 3 Stück large vegetable onion
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • nach Geschmack Soy sauce
  • nach Geschmack Sambal Oelek
  • nach Geschmack Himalayan salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • nach Geschmack Chilli

Preparation (10 steps)

Chop onions

Add 3 large vegetable onions to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Chop garlic

Add 2 garlic cloves to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Prepare onion-garlic marinade

Remove the onions and garlic from the mixing bowl and mix in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of water and 2 teaspoons of Sambal Oelek and leave to infuse.

Sauté onions

10 min/Varoma/Gentle stir speed Varoma Reverse

Put the marinated onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 10 min./Varoma/gentle stir setting. Use a spatula to move the onions if necessary.

Remove sautéed onions

Remove the sautéed onions from the mixing bowl and let them cool.

Marinate turkey meat

Cut 200g turkey mini fillet into bite-sized pieces and marinate in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of Sambal Oelek.

Fry turkey meat

Fry the meat in a separate pan and season with Himalayan salt, pepper and chilli and let it cool.

Arrange salad

Arrange mixed salad (e.g.: Lollo Rosso, Lollo Bianco, Oak leaf), 1 yellow pepper and tomatoes in a bowl with “salad dressing with pickled onions” and mix in some of the lukewarm onions.

Finalize salad

Mix the remaining onions with the cooled meat and add to the salad.
